Author Guidelines

Please read the instructions for submission carefully as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements must be:

1) Article should be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
2) The length of the article for submission is 6 pages minimum and the maximum is 12 pages.
3) Use software tools, such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote to manage references and formatting, and choose IEEE style.
4) Article submitted in this journal should follow the template.
5) You need to log in to the system for submission. Before logging in, you may need to register first.
6) Supplementary files such as graphics, images, videos, or audio can be uploaded into our server if needed.
7) Abstract is mandatory for article submission.
8) You can upload a revision version if requested by Editor.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation.
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 230 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a research problem, research objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Related Works - Method - Results and Discussion and Conclusion
  4. Introduction section: explain the context of the study and state the precise objective. An Introduction should contain the following three parts:
    - Background: Authors have to make clear what the context is. Ideally, authors should give an idea of the state-of-the art of the field the report is about.
    - The Problem: If there was no problem, there would be no reason for writing a manuscript, and definitely no reason for reading it. So, please tell readers why they should proceed reading. Experience shows that for this part a few lines are often sufficient.
    - The Proposed Solution: Now and only now! - authors may outline the contribution of the manuscript. Here authors have to make sure readers point out what are the novel aspects of authors work.
  5. Method section: the presentation of the experimental methods should be clear and complete in every detail facilitating reproducibility by other scientists.
  6. Results and discussion section: The presentation of results should be simple and straightforward in style. This section report the most important findings, including results of statistical analyses as apropriate and comparisons to other research results. Results given in figures should not be repeated in tables. This is where the author(s) should explain in words what he/she/they discovered in the research. It should be clearly laid out and in a logical sequence. This section should be supported suitable references.
  7. Conclusion section: Summarize sentences the primary outcomes of the study in a paragraph. Are the claims in this section supported by the results, do they seem reasonable? Have the authors indicated how the results relate to expectations and to earlier research? Does the article support or contradict previous theories? Does the conclusion explain how the research has moved the body of scientific knowledge forward?
  8. References. Expect a minimum of 10 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published less than 5 years ago , use of a tool such as EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero  for reference management and formattingand choose IEEE style. Please, don't use unpredictable website sources.

One author should be designated as the corresponding author and provide the following information:

  • E-mail address
  • Full postal address

Please note that any papers which fail to meet our requirements will be returned to the author for amendment. Only papers that are submitted in the correct style will be considered by the Editors.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

    Naskah belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, juga tidak sedang dipertimbangkan jurnal lain sebelum (atau penjelasan telah diberikan di Komentar kepada Editor).

  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.

    File pengiriman dalam format file dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, atau WordPerfect.

  3. The manuscript is in accordance with the template. Please download the template in the .DOC provided.

    Naskah sesuai dengan template. Silahkan download template dalam .DOC yang disediakan.

  4. The text meets the style and bibliographic requirements described in the Author Guidelines, in the About menu.

    Teks memenuhi gaya dan persyaratan bibliografi yang dijelaskan dalam Author Guidelines, di menu About.

  5. When uploading to a journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been executed.

    Saat mengunggah ke jurnal, instruksi dalam Memastikan Tinjauan Buta telah dijalankan.

  6. The length of the manuscript uploaded is at least 6 pages and a maximum of 12 pages.

    Panjang naskah yang diunggah minimal 6 halaman dan maksimal 12 halaman.

  7. The Abstract has 230 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State a research problem, research objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and conclusions.

    Abstrak memiliki 230 hingga 250 kata; Tidak ada kutipan; Nyatakan masalah penelitian, tujuan penelitian, desain penelitian, metodologi, hasil, dan kesimpulan.

    Struktur Bagian: Pendahuluan - Kajian Penelitian - Metode - Hasil dan Pembahasan - Kesimpulan

  9. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published less than 5 years ago and choose IEEE style. Please, don't use unpredictable website sources.

    Diharapkan minimal 15 referensi dengan terutama minimal 80% untuk makalah jurnal yang diterbitkan  kurang dari 5 tahun yang lalu dan pilih gaya IEEE. Tolong, jangan gunakan sumber situs web yang tidak terduga.

In submitting the manuscript to the journal, the authors certify that:

  1. They are authorized by their co-authors to enter into these arrangements.
  2. The work described has not been formally published before, except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, thesis, or overlay journal. Please also carefully read Journal Posting Your Article Policy.
  3. The work is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  4. The work has been approved by all the author(s) and by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – of the institutes where the work has been carried out.
  5. They secure the right to reproduce any material that has already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.

The journal DOES NOT Charge any Article Publication Fees.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
